Why do we charge you for our help?
It's simple. We have light, power, and tax bills just like your business does.
The first year you own our ProfitMaker system you get free telephone support.
After the first year we have to charge you for support so we can afford to
have someone here to answer the phone. Our computer experts demand a paycheck
every week even when no one calls in for help. So, that $74 per quarter fee
is a very small price to pay to have someone here to answer the phone IF you
need help answering a question about ProfitMaker.
Why can't we help you for FREE for as long as you own ProfitMaker?
It's the same reason you, as a Drycleaner, can't charge one time to dryclean
a pair of pants and then do it for free everytime they bring in the
pants thereafter. Your customers would love it, but you would soon be out of business.
Likewise, we count on our customer base to pitch in with our small, reasonable
charges for support.
