After all, imagine how many customers

ProfitMaker software is rock solid and we are proud of the fact that you don't have any problems with it.
BUT! It's usually not ProfitMaker that you need suppport for. It's when an employee breaks something,
a lightning storm or other unforseen event causes your computer to break. So no, you won't have
problems with ProfitMaker software, but you might have a power failure. Be safe, be covered,
pay a little at a time instead of a lot all at once.
Why do I have to pay for support after the 1st 3 months?
Well, it's simple. We have to stay in business! 3 months of support is built into the price you
paid for ProfitMaker. But, we still have to pay expensive technicians to be here to answer the phone
when you call. Without your ongoing help we would go out of business. But, we have been around for
30 years because we charge a fair price for great service.
What if I don't buy the T.A.G. support?
Our technicians are college educated computer experts and programmers. We have to pay them for
helping you. So, we charge a $150 per incident charge for each incident you need our help for.
