FAQ ProfitMaker Version 6 Upgrade

What Do I Get with the Upgrade.? If you are upgrading from version 5 or 6 you will get a CD and an upgrade instruction sheet.

What Telephone Help Can I expect? T.A.G or Support contract holders get unlimited PTS business hours telephone support (for ProfitMaker questions). Those without a TAG or Support contract get 30 days of free email support (for ProfitMaker questions).

What are SGL/PRO/PRS/PRP Software Types? SGL stands for "Single Station" where you can only run ProfitMaker on a single computer (or station) which is named the Server. A PRO license allows you to run ProfitMaker on up to 5 stations (computers) at the same time with a Server and 1 to 4 workstations that share data with the Server computer. PRS = ProfitMaker RouteMaker Singe and PRP = ProfitMaker RouteMaker PRO.
